Please be informed that Supercharger/Turbo Kits may require a 1-2 week build time, and in some instances, completion may extend beyond this period.
Shipping:
We offer shipping to nearly every address worldwide. However, some products may have shipping restrictions and may not be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping and delivery dates will be estimated based on the availability of your chosen items and your selected shipping options. These estimates can be found on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To align with our shipping providers' policies, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest full pound.
Returns Policy:
Customers can return unopened auto parts in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. A 30% restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Credit will be issued once the returned item is inspected and confirmed to be in uninstalled and original condition.
Refunds typically process within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. This typical timeframe includes the shipper's transit time (5-10 business days), our processing time upon receiving the return (3-5 business days), and also remember your bank's processing time for the refund request (5-10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will promptly provide instructions for returning items from your order.
Built-to-order supercharger/turbo systems can be returned within 7 days of receipt if unopened, subject to a 40% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned system, ensuring it is in uninstalled and original condition.
For returns involving a free shipping coupon, an additional $10 restocking fee will be charged.
Custom-made parts, such as exhaust systems, and any customized items (including colors or fabrication) are not eligible for refunds.
Installed parts, including all sold items, are not eligible for refunds.
Before installation, all parts and wheels should be inspected. Wheels that have had tires mounted are not eligible for refunds, with no exceptions.
Custom wheel orders from brands such as Forgeline, Vossen, and Weld Racing typically take 4-6 weeks to build. Cancelled orders for custom-made wheels are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, as we prepay for production. Special custom orders with specific specifications are non-refundable.
Electronic parts are not eligible for refunds.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellation and Other Fees:
Cancelled orders will be credited, minus a 7% credit card processing fee. For built-to-order supercharger/turbo systems, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Shipped parts are subject to restocking fees.
Sales:
Sale prices are valid only during specified sale dates. We do not offer retroactive pricing on previously placed orders.
