How To Return A Product

To return a product, please go to our Contact Us page and send us an email with your order number and a reason why you are requesting a return. You can also call us at 1-813-417-6967. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required to process your return.  Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition.  Some products can’t be returned - See Below:

Returns will not be accepted for any of the following reasons, but not limited to: 

  • gift cards.
  • Non-defective used items.
  • Installed, altered, modified, assembled, items containing hardware packages that have been opened and/or used products are NOT eligible for return.
  • Wheels that have had tires mounted on them. This includes wheels that has mounted tires on. Both the wheels and tires are non-returnable.
  • Chips/Tuners, also known as Programmers
  • Painted parts, including items the customer has painted and pre-painted parts purchased through

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee when returned after 14 days of purchase. Any item(s) with a purchase date greater than 30 days will not be accepted. reserves the right to refuse any item(s) returned without prior authorization. Returns are usually processed within 4 business days of receipt at our dock.

ALL freight shipments are not returnable.

International orders shipping outside of the United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada are not returnable.


Order Changes And Cancellations:

We strongly suggest you call us at 1-813-417-6967 as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to change or cancel it, as we ship orders out very quickly!  If you email us, we may not receive the email in time to stop the order from shipping out.  Please double check that your order details are correct before submitting your order at the “Order Review” step of checkout. 

An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled.  Please contact us to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) once your order has been received. 

If you need to change the address on an order that has already been shipped via UPS, please call us.  There will be a fee of $15 charge per package to reroute the order while in transit.  Orders shipped via (United States Postal Service) USPS cannot be changed while in transit. 

International orders placed through our strategic partner i-parcel may not be canceled, changed or modified after being placed.
